Never got my order and Bullibone is ignoring my email I sent to help fix it

I never received my order. Your choice of carrier delivered it incorrectly. The information is pasted here. I submitted email via your contact website and nobody is responding. The phone number for bullibone does not work. Seems customer service is all a facade. If anyone bothers to read this maybe something will be done here. Otherwise we have decided to never use Bullibone again and voice such opinion to everyone given the lack of feedback or help to fix the situation by Bulilibone. Mistakes happen. We get that. Not fixing them and avoiding any customer service assistance it disgraceful.

I have a response from the carrier and am placing it here in response. UDS delivered the package incorrectly and it is now lost according to them.

Description: I opened issue 27083724 yesterday because the package was not delivered to me. The ticket was closed stating to check the mailbox. I checked the mailbox BEFORE opening the issue ticket. The package was not delivered to our mailbox or address. I do not know where the package was delivered but it was not here. We live on a farm. There are only 3 other mailboxes in a 1/2 mile radius of our house. the first of the other mailboxes we also own. It was not there. The second belongs to our 80 year old relative. It is not in her mailbox or possession either. The last is our neighbor. She does not have it either. Whatever mailbox it was placed it it is nowhere near our location. Please review where this package was sent as it was incorrectly deposited well away from our address.
